Control Valves - Rotary
Ball and butterfly control valves paired with rotary actuators for chilled- and hot-water plant.
The actuator rotates the valve to modulate water flow to coils, chillers and heat exchangers.
Control Valves - Linear
Globe / seat valves with linear actuators for precise, high-authority flow modulation.
The actuator strokes the stem up and down to throttle flow accurately across the load range.
Actuators
Damper and valve actuators in on/off, floating and modulating types for every control point.
They receive a control signal and drive the valve or damper to the commanded position.
Sensors
Temperature, humidity, CO2, air-quality and duct/immersion sensors for accurate measurement.
Each sensor continuously measures a condition and sends a proportional signal to the controller.
Thermostats
Room and duct thermostats that sense temperature and command heating or cooling.
They compare the measured temperature to a setpoint and switch or modulate the equipment.
Pressure Switches & Sensors
Air, water and refrigerant pressure switches and transmitters for control and protection.
A diaphragm or transducer converts pressure into a switch action or a 4-20 mA / 0-10 V signal.
Humidity & Thermal Switches

Flow Detection
Air and liquid flow switches that confirm media is actually moving through the system.

They provide stable low-voltage power and clean the signals between field devices and controllers.
